Protein Balls

We all get the urge to indulge in something we know is not good for us! Well you don't have to feel guilty any more. With this NO-Bake, NO-Guilt recipe, you can "indulge" in something savoury without the mess, the prep or the guilt! It's SO easy and SO TASTY!! Perfect for a girls night, a party, or just a snack to have when the cravings hit!

Ingredients:
◆ 2 scoops Perfect Whey Chocolate Fudge (Available at Believe Fit Stores)
◆ 1 jar Nuts-N-More  Peanut Butter (Available at Believe Fit Stores)
◆ 1 cup oatmeal
◆ 14g ground flaxseed
◆ 5 tbs Hersey's Sugar Free Chocolate Chips or unsweetened chocolate chips 

 

Directions:
◆ Place all ingredients in large bowl.
◆ Mix with fork until everything is blended together well.
◆ Get a cookie sheet.
◆ Roll mixture into 1" balls and place on cookie sheet.
◆ Put in freeze for at least an hour to harden.

 

Makes 25 balls.

Nutritional Info (per ball): 140 calories, 10g protein, 7g carbs, 8g fat
