We understand sometimes that what you order sometimes might not fit perfectly or look the exact same as in the picture. So we have added this section to address some of these issues.
My size does not fit properly
That is fine, ship it back to us and we will exchange it for a proper size. If we do not have the sizing in stock we can exchange for a different item or simply issue an eGift card for next time.
I want to return something
Yep! We do have you ship the item back at your expense and we will give you a gift card in exchange. It is usually best to have tracking.

I bought an item on sale and it doesn't fit
Although we encourage exchanges for the proper fit or product to get the most out of the item, on sale items we simply cannot take back, this is due to the amount it would cost us in exchange on something particularly inexpensive to start with.
I have a manufacturer defect
Please take pictures and give an explanation of the issue, we will sort through the issue, if we cannot replace the item we will give a gift card. However, we have to be mindful of what is wear and tear, misuse of product or not following product directions.
How long does it take to get an item
We strive for same day shipping, however, we also get busy at times but will get it sent out expedited via Canada Post, so the item is usually 1-5 days.
